Media is literally everywhere.  Everywhere I go there is always media.  Media such as newspapers, magazines, TV commercials, YouTube ads, radio advertisements, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram etc.  They are always present in our lives.  Especially for me because growing up, I used YouTube a lot and I still do.  I also use a lot of TikTok and Instagram.  Personally, I think media is something normal.  We all use social media apps every day because it's something nice to have.  To be able to communicate with your family and friends without having to memorize phone numbers.  Also the ability to make new friends.  It's all normal to see such advertisements.  We all have that one commercial that we deeply remember because it either has a nice jingle to it or it's super funny.  Sure people may argue that social media is bad and use the " devious lick " trend as their reason to claim social media is bad.  Don't get me wrong, that tre...

Like 3 weeks ago I watched  The Batman in theatres.  Obviously, I had to watch it in the IMAX theater to get the full experience of the movie.  Before watching it in theatres, I was worried that the movie might flop.  The trailers looked really good and entertaining but I was still worried if this was the right direction.  After watching the movie, I must say that the movie was really good.  Not better than the Batman trilogy made by Christopher Nolan but definitely is below the trilogy.  The atmosphere of the Batman was amazing, they did a good job of how Gotham should be.  Very dark and horror-like.  Criminals commit horrible crimes such as doing drugs, stealing, committing heists, and murder.  It shows that Batman has a lot of challenges ahead of himself.  I also like how they showcased the new batmobile.  I LOVE the new batmobile.  It's so raw in its structure, with a very old-school American muscle body style.  ...

Social Media has played a huge role in everyone's lives.  With apps such as Snapchat, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and much more.  With the release of these apps, many trends came with it.  One of the couple trends that are famous is selfies and hashtags.  Selfies are pretty self-explanatory, just take pictures of yourself and post them on your profile.  The most popular so far is the Hashtag trend and so far, people still use hashtags to this day.  Hashtags were really huge when all these huge social media platforms came out.  Little young me in 2013 was wondering why people were using hashtags.  I remember just people hashtagging every word they can think of.  I remember the popular kids at my middle school would use several hashtags.  Hashtags terms such as #cool, #cars, # Arizona, #selfie, #drake, and the list goes on and on all the way to infinity.  What I know about hashtags is that their content is sorted by people who use ...

  An article was written by Gov. Doug Ducey talking about how Arizona needs more college graduates.  Automatically in his intro, he establishes credibility as a governor, as a husband, and father, that he understands how important education is to each and every college student in Arizona.  He also utilizes pathos by empathizing with parents that getting a college degree is hard, but with his solution, he will help all college students economically.  Also, throughout the article, he establishes logos by utilizing statistics such as how many have a college degree, how many Arizonians have a job, etc.  Gov.  So last weekend I went on a trip to Las Vegas.  Now keep in mind this was my first time going to Las Vegas so I really don't know what to expect other than a lot of casinos.  Well first thing is first, Nevada looks a lot like Arizona.  I didn't feel really amazed at first because it was really another dessert, and Las Vegas happened to be in the middle of nowhere.   As soon as I arrived in Las Vegas with my family, we stayed in the Flamingo Hotel.  It was an average hotel, not too fancy but then again not too disgusting.  Anyways, they had FLAMINGOS IN THE HOTEL!  I never saw flamingos so getting a chance to see them was really cool, although I forgot to take a picture of them.   The best part of the trip was walking down the strip at night and seeing all the lights from all the buildings, but what I found to be the coolest thing in Las Vegas was visiting the Strat Hotel .  It was so cool because me and my mom went to the very...

  So far I made a huge change in my schedule this semester of college.  With a new schedule comes new struggles but also some free time for yourself.  After a busy first semester of college, I decided to spend more time on myself.  Recently, I've been starting to hike a lot this semester.  After a long day of classes, I always wanted to do something that could release my stress but back then, I never found something that I thoroughly enjoyed.  That's when I came across hiking and I realized hiking has the best of two worlds.  Not only is it a good workout, but walking a trail while watching the scenery is what makes hiking really fun.  Just being able to see nature at its finest.  Seeing the view of the city and especially the sunsets is really the reason why I enjoy hiking.  Anyways, hiking has been helping me maintain my fitness and reducing my stress.  After each hike, I feel like I can take on anything like I acquire more motiva...
